About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal

,

to join our dynamic

Commercial Property

team in

Bishops Stortford

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on

high-quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.

What this role would include

Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases. With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs. Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation. Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches. Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties

An experienced Paralegal with experience in

Commercial Property.

A strong track record of delivering high quality legal services on own initiative. Clear ability to build personal relationships with clients to become the trusted adviser. Demonstrates passion for
