As a key member of our Commercial Property department, you'll support lawyers on a full caseload, gain hands-on experience in a range of property transactions, and have opportunities to develop your own case load as your expertise grows.

What the job involves:
Assist with a wide variety of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold matters
Draft and review legal documents and transaction reports
Manage post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to deliver exceptional client care
Develop proficiency in case management systems and legal processes
Support the team with day-to-day administration, time management, and client communications
What you need:
Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role within a Commercial Property team
Practical knowledge of property transactions from inception to completion including sale/purchase/re-mortgage/freehold/leasehold transactions
Whilst commercial property experience is advantageous, we will consider applicants with a solid grounding in relevant residential property matters
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for client care
Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
IT proficiency, including MS Office and legal case management systems (desirable)
