Paralegal - Commercial Property

Hours:

35 hours per week, Mon - Fri

The role:





The role involves supporting and assisting fee earners in progressing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs in an effective and professional manner under direct supervision.

About You:




Essential:-




5 GCSE's including English and Maths at C and above. Experience of admin duties Experience of answering the telephone Good standard of computer literacy Excellent communication skills at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone Organisation and time Management Skills

Desirable:-




A relavenant degree or working towards. Experience of using a Case Management system

Personality/Other Qualities




Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment Pleasant, approachable, patient, polite Ability to work as part of a team
