Fidaris are working with a well known firm who are looking to expand their team with the addition of a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice that values professional growth, collaboration and high quality client service.

The role


As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will support solicitors in all aspects of residential property transactions. This will include preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, carrying out searches, drafting contracts and ensuring that matters progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities



Assisting with the management of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents Conducting searches and preparing reports Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high standard of service Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About you



Previous experience in a conveyancing support role is essential Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in case management systems and MS Office A proactive approach and a genuine interest in property law

Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds. Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities and other relevant parties. Provide clients with clear advice on the conveyancing process and any legal implications. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders throughout the transaction process. Handle any queries or issues that arise during the conveyancing process in a timely manner.

Skills



Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems relevant to conveyancing. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A solid understanding of English language conventions for accurate documentation and correspondence.
