The Opportunity



Key Responsibilities:



Working on M&A transactions Working on version control, track changes Keeping libraries of particular contracts and insurance policies Working on amendments to contracts Keeping notes of calls Screening and signposting emails Conducting legal research, using internet and other research tools Proof reading Document management Administrative tasks Providing assistance with ad-hoc queries and requests from the team

Qualifications / Skills / Experience



LPC or SQE desirable Degree educated or similar level Demonstrable legal background (academic or in practice) in areas of M&A and insurance, and as a paralegal Familiarity with e-discovery software, such as Relativity is desirable, and a good working knowledge of Excel is desirable but not essential Language skills - French, Russian, Spanish all useful
