What you'll be doing

As a Paralegal (Grade 1), you'll work alongside experienced colleagues to design, assist, and implement legal strategies. Your work will involve:

Handling written, email, and telephone correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties Drafting legal documents, including responses to defences, Consent Orders, and Statutory Demands Conducting case assessments and obtaining client instructions Preparing for and handling mediation hearings Issuing County Court Claims on commercial debts

What we're looking for

Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court procedures 12+ months of experience in a Litigation team Strong written and verbal communication skills A Law degree (or GDL) is desirable but not essential
