The Disputes & Regulatory team at Wilkin Chapman Rollits is growing. To enhance that growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paralegal to assist fee earners with residential landlord and tenant possession matters.


You will be an excellent communicator and able to build relationships effectively with clients and colleagues alike. A keen eye for detail along with a methodical and organised approach is essential. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, this position is also well-suited to a recent graduate with relevant skills or legal knowledge.

Your main duties will include:

Maintaining time recording on client matters daily Regularly updating clients on the progress of their case Handling routine telephone enquiries from clients and third parties Ensuring that all client concerns are addressed professionally and promptly Producing a range of documents as necessary Undertaking professional development to acquire knowledge of General Litigation Attending appointments for new clients and meeting with existing clients when necessary Handling administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents, creating documents and bundles, file closures, and mandatory file reporting
