What you'll do

In this role, you'll:


Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title Drafting of facility and security documentation based on client templates Managing the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions Coordinate clear document management, including preparing/maintaining records Support with post completion formalities including land registrations and SDLT returns Provide an excellent client service Ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained Offer further support to our fee earners and team on more complex matters (with support)

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:


Some paralegal experience (ideally property or banking related) along with the desire to work in our Islamic Finance team
+ Specialist IF experience is not essential
Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude Excellent clear, concise and effective written communication skills together with great attention to detail Confident communication skills and the ability to reassure and act calmly and professionally at all times The ability to develop and demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude in making decisions on a day to day basis A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills Excellent research and analytical skills Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines The desire to work effectively with a friendly, collaborative team in a multi-site business
