Court of Protection Paralegal Vacancy

Location: Within approximately a 15 mile radius of Plymouth

Full Time Hybrid Role (Part time considered for the right candidate)

Apricity Law is a boutique law firm specialising in Court of Protection, Attorney and Personal Injury Trusts. We provide tailored legal services to individuals and families who have experienced life altering events.

The Role

The role is for a paralegal or trainee legal executive in Court of Protection and Mental Capacity work. Drafting court applications, managing daily tasks in administering financial affairs, and assisting senior lawyers with the management of complex settlements, support and attendance in client meetings

Experience in working in legal practice

Court of Protection experience welcomed but not essential

Ability to deal with vulnerable individuals

Good communication skills

Strong team ethic with commitment to providing excellent client service

Accuracy and Attention to detail essential

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.

To adapt your communication style depending on the needs of the client

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in legal software,

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
