Overview:
We are seeking experienced, dedicated Paralegals to join our teams.
Previous experience in either Commercial and Residential property or Employment and HR is essential.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist in case preparation and management
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Coordinate appointments, including managing attorney calendars
- Monitor deadlines and manage timelines for multiple cases
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Paralegal role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT systems
- Strong command of English language for drafting legal documents
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures and organizational skills for file management
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
