We are looking for a skilled

Paralegal

with experience in

Credit Hire

to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative environment, working on a varied caseload for high-profile clients.


Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of Credit Hire claims, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling. Conducting legal research and drafting documents, including defences, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to ensure effective communication and case progression. Providing support to senior fee earners and contributing to team targets. Ensuring compliance with DWF's standards and regulatory requirements


What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Proven experience working as a Paralegal in Credit Hire or a related legal area. A strong understanding of Credit Hire litigation processes and principles. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues. A proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
