DWF is looking to recruit a confident and ambitious Litigated Paralegal to join our market-leading Fraud team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nationally recognised department specialising in defending fraudulent motor, casualty, and organised fraud claims.


Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of litigated fraud files (typically motor or casualty). Assist senior fee earners on complex or high-value fraud matters. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and prepare trial bundles. Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties throughout the litigation process. Use intelligence tools and databases to identify fraud patterns and support investigations. Play a key role in achieving excellent outcomes for insurer clients.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Experience handling or assisting on litigated personal injury or fraud matters (motor experience desirable). A strong understanding of the CPR and civil litigation process. Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills. Confidence in working to deadlines and managing a varied caseload. A genuine interest in insurance fraud and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
