The Opportunity
As part of our Legal Services function, you will be an integral to supporting our practising solicitors and case assistants with their caseloads in order to ensure a first-class service to our members.
As you develop in your role we will assign you with your own small caseload of lower value claims, ensuring that you have the supervision and support to succeed
This role is perfect for candidates who have recently graduated and looking for their first professional role, or for more experienced paralegals who are looking to make the transition into clinical negligence law.
What you will bring
We are on the lookout for candidates who can evidence an ability to effectively:
Assist in the management of pre-litigation claims
manage litigated civil claims under supervision
manage regulatory/advice claims under supervision
manage coronial claims under supervision
provide paralegal support to practising colleagues

Highly organised, with experience of writing and drafting reports and legal documents
