We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join our team based in Urmston.
As our in-house Paralegal, you will provide essential legal support across a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, property, employment, and dispute resolution. The role will involve working closely with our in-house solicitors, finance, commercial, compliance, and operations teams.

Roes and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to)
Reviewing, and amending a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
Supporting the legal team in managing compliance with UK laws and regulations
Assisting with the management of property leases and real estate documentation
Assisting with property compliance
Supporting Human Resources and operations with employment law documentation and procedures
Conducting legal research and preparing internal briefings or memos
Managing legal records, databases, and document filing systems
Liaising with external solicitors and barristers when required
Assisting in the handling of legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters
Assisting with insurance matters
Monitoring legal developments and advising on relevant changes
Preparing Weekly/Monthly reports for the Board
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a paralegal/senior legal assistant role
A law degree (preferable but not essential)
Successful completion of the Legal Practice Course (preferable but not essential)
Excellent research and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong organisational skills
The ability to work independently
The ability to work collaboratively
