You'll work with some of the UK's largest vehicle finance lenders, developing a broad skillset while supporting different teams where needed. This role offers hybrid working and a weekly alternating shift pattern of

Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30 or 9:30-18:00

, giving you flexibility alongside professional growth in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

As a Department Float, you'll provide adaptable paralegal support across all areas of Lender Services, assisting fees earners and other qualified individuals with case preparation, legal documentation, and day-to-day case management. You'll review files, decide on the most appropriate course of legal action, issue proceedings where necessary, and ensure compliance with SRA standards, CPR Rules, and FCA Consumer Duty.



Day to day, you'll manage client and customer communications, handle incoming and outgoing calls, liaise with courts, and review payment plans to assess affordability. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate case records, achieving KPIs, and ensuring every customer is treated fairly, clearly, and with empathy. With full training provided, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across multiple legal disciplines and build a solid foundation for your career.
