An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established disclosure team as a paralegal, with potential advancement to a training programme to qualification as a solicitor.
As a paralegal, after an initial training period you will be responsible for obtaining copies of records and preparing files for expert assessment. You will have conduct of a full caseload of files, with close supervision and support from senior solicitors and directors.
We are seeking to recruit an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is organised, and wants to work as part of a team whilst developing their career.
The ideal candidate will have:
A genuine interest in clinical negligence/civil litigation with the desire to learn and develop your skills and expertise.
Client focus; the ability to build and sustain relationships.
A good eye for detail and overall high work standards.
Good time management skills and the ability to organise.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Relevant work experience in a legal environment or a law degree would be desirable.
