We are seeking Pre-Litigator (Fee Earner) with experience in personal injury sector. Experience can be from either Defendant or Claimant work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of RTA personal injury claims, with a strong focus on litigated cases. Handle Hire, Storage, and Recovery matters. Work with claims governed by the following protocols Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents (RTA Small Claims Protocol). Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents. Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims. Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs. Consistently hit monetary targets. Collaborate effectively within a team.

Requirements

LLB with a minimum 2:1 honour degree. Proven track record of independently managing a substantial caseload. Proficient in IT with experience using case management systems. Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
