Job Description

We are a enthusiastic law firm who offer advice on wide ranging areas of law. We specialise in Immigration, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Law.
We are looking to seek the ideal candidate who has a full grasp of Credit Hire from inception to conclusion, including investigations, instructing engineers, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate.
Experience of dealing with the Claimant side of Credit Hire claim.
Experienced Paralegal who has dealt with litigated and issued claims.
The firm will provide flexible working hours.
Full time/part time candidates considered.
Hours of work are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm.
Generous holidays allowance plus bank Holidays.
Salary up to 29k which is based on experience.
