Our top ranked Private Wealth Disputes team are noted experts in the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.

The team acts for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join the team. The successful candidate will assist across the whole range of cases conducted by the team and act as the main point of contact for all new enquiries, handling all inbound enquiries, taking initial details, providing costs estimates and converting enquiries and dealing with any consequential preliminary steps thereafter.

The role will involve:

Assisting in litigated files on a task by task basis Reviewing documentation such as medical records and historical files Preparing documents such as caveats and citations Assisting with the preparation of witness statements Assisting with the preparation of trial bundles Working with Solicitors and Associates to develop and maintain good client relationships; Contributing to the Private Client blog on a regular basis


The role will involve communication with clients with clients on the telephone, therefore interpersonal and listening skills are essential.

We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated individual who is comfortable working within a team.

The role would ideally suit candidates who have a law degree, similar academic qualification or relevant experience. The LPC is advantageous but not essential.
