We are hiring!
Browne Jacobson are currently in the market for a Paralegal to join the Real Estate department, specialising in Residential Real Estate. Based in either our Birmingham or Nottingham office, the role of Paralegal will be to provide legal support to our busy residential team within our real estate department, with a particular focus on plot conveyancing (open market and shared ownership), right to buy sales, staircasing transactions and residential acquisitions for specific key clients.
As part of the Residential team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience:
A team player with high levels of personal commitment and initiative
Excellent organisational skills and able to manage own time effectively
A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
Ability to work on own initiative whilst maintaining a positive team spirit at all times
