We are seeking a
Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
to join our busy Luton office. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is keen to begin their legal career in property law. You will support our conveyancing solicitors across a wide range of residential property matters, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team.Key Responsibilities
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence Carrying out searches and preparing reports for clients Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring deadlines are met
About You
Recent law graduate (LLB or equivalent) Genuine interest in residential property law Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
