Your Role and What You'll Be Doing




You will join Partners James Davies and Deborah Rose who lead the team of specialist serious injury lawyers at our Bristol and Cardiff offices. The team is dedicated to ensuring that those people who suffer life-changing injuries through no fault of their own, receive appropriate and enabling rehabilitation to promote independence where possible.



Your role will involve but is not limited to:



Supporting case handlers in the running of the cases by assisting case handlers with litigation processes to achieve appropriate resolutions for our clients.


Supporting with the administrative elements of case progression Achieving time recording targets to ensure profitable working. Attending and contributing to team/practice area meetings and engaging with colleagues to ensure team objectives achieved. Engaging in Business Development activities where appropriate

About You



Excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances. A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach including working regularly across two office locations (Bristol and Cardiff) when required as well as remotely. Enthusiasm in building a career as a Paralegal, whether you have previous experience or not.
