: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Training will be provided.
Training contracts, SQE or other qualification support is available once LPC or Graduate candidates have been employed in the team for at least 18 months.

Store documents on Proclaim in the preferred way of the Practice
To deal effectively with clients and introducers both over the telephone and in written correspondence
To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and introducers at all times
Consistently produce accurate correspondence and documentation in a time efficient manner
Maintain a high standard of spelling and grammar on all correspondence
To provide updates to clients and introducers frequently and wherever appropriate
Consistently carry out tasks to satisfactory, profitable conclusions
Contributes to the overall success of the department by offering assistance to colleagues when appropriate
