SO Legal seeks a motivated paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing team in Ulverston.

With offices in London, Brighton, Eastbourne and across the South Coast, alongside our growing presence in the North West, we support clients nationwide. This is a fantastic chance to expand your experience in property law and advance your legal career.

You'll support our solicitors and conveyancers throughout all phases of residential transactions: preparing documents, managing files, liaising with clients, conducting searches, and coordinating with external providers. Our Ulverston team advises clients across South Lakeland, the Furness Peninsula, and the Lake District, delivering specialist legal services.

With full training and guidance, you'll be encouraged to take on greater responsibility as you grow. We proudly invest in our people, awarding more than thirty training contracts to date. Ambitious paralegals will find clear progression and the potential to earn a two-year training contract, experiencing a broader range of law across the firm.

What we're looking for:

Law degree or practical experience in residential conveyancing/a law firm Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
