The Role
We are looking for a qualified and highly experienced wills paralegal
with substantial UK wills experience
to join our paralegals team on a remote, work-from-home basis. You will manage your own client case load with phone and video communications, as well as play a vital role in ensuring the quality of wills drafted by colleagues, and providing technical support to both team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Draft wills ensuring they meet the highest standards and comply with relevant best practices.
Review wills drafted by colleagues
Manage your own client caseload.
Communicate directly with clients by phone and video calls.
Follow, maintain, and improve drafting and quality assurance processes.
Keep up to date with developments in will-writing and estate planning.
About You
Legal qualifications
Extensive
UK
experience in wills, with a strong understanding of
UK
wills practices and relevant legal principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Comfortable working independently in a remote role while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
