We are an established political party based in Newham, East London, seeking applications for the position of a
Paralegal
on afull-time/part-time
basis.Our experienced team undertakes pro bono and public interest cases across a range of legal areas. We welcome applications from competent candidates with
excellent drafting skills, strong legal understanding, and a commitment to public service.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking

who demonstrate the following qualities:Multilingual ability
(particularly English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi - highly desirable)Technology literate
(basic IT skills including MS Office, familiarity with social media, and ability to use hardware like computers)Strong communication and sales ability
(confidence in liaising with clients and stakeholders)Office administration skills
, including data entry, invoicing, scheduling, accounts follow-up, office maintenance, and health & safetyProfessional appearance and hygiene

Only candidates who have completed
the LPC or BPC
are eligible to applyTrainee Barristers, Solicitors, and non-practising Barristers
are welcomeFirst-class LPC graduates
without experience may still apply if confident in their drafting skills.If you are selected for the interview on the first stage, the interview period is 2-3 hours, this is only for serious candidates. You will not be paid for the interview time. If you miss the interview due to the high volume of CVs you will most likely not be selected.
