As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in turning financial strategies into clear, compliant, client-focused solutions. Working alongside advisers and client service managers, you will support our unique approach to financial planning, helping clients at pivotal life moments. You'll research, analyse, and prepare high-quality reports across areas such as lifetime financial planning including investment and pension portfolios, cashflow forecasting, trust and estate planning, pensions on divorce, and protection.

Key Responsibilities



Preparing detailed, compliant, and client-friendly financial planning reports and suitability letters. Conducting product and provider research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning. Supporting the delivery of lifetime financial planning, including cashflow modelling and Financial Road Maps. Assisting in trust planning, investment strategies, and pension sharing cases. Collaborating with advisers, administrators and Client Service Managers to ensure a seamless client journey. Upholding compliance standards and contributing to best practice across the firm.

About You


We're looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management. Holds (or is working towards) the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS). Possesses strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, trusts, and tax planning. Has excellent analytical and report-writing skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Shares our values of care, soul, and helping clients and colleagues live their ideal life.
