An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanning administrator to join a busy team within White House Capital Management Ltd who are a highly successful Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Wealth Management Plc.

The role



As part of a growing Paraplanning team, you will be providing vital paraplanning support to the a team of wealth Advisers. Your main role will be gathering & tracking information requests with external providers on behalf of our prospecitive and current clients.

The person



You will be articulate, organised and have experience of administration. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent phone manner and be a strong communicator. As you will have contact with clients and providers, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with third parties, have excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion.

Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous administrator to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our financial advisors in delivering high-quality service to our clients by gathering the information we have requested.

Responsibilities


- Assist in preparing letters of authority
- Liaise with third parties to gather necessary information for financial plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Potentially assist with other administrative tasks related to client accounts

Skills


- Proficient in Word
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Familiarity with financial services terminology and concepts deseriable but not necessary

Hours



The job ideally will be set over 3 days 4 hours per day Monday, Wednesday & Friday but we can be flexible in how the 4 hours are structured providing they are between 9&5pm.
