The Role
As a Parcel Sortation Operative, you'll play a vital role in our delivery operations by ensuring parcels are sorted accurately and efficiently for onward distribution. This is a physically active position ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy teamwork and high-energy work.
Key Responsibilities
Sort and organise parcels quickly and accurately
Scan packages using handheld devices
Move stock safely using manual handling procedures
Work within daily performance targets
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Report any issues or discrepancies to team leader
What We're Looking For
No previous experience required - full training provided
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork attitude
Physically able to stand, bend and lift
