What You'll Do:
Sort with Precision:
Accurately parcels into their respective courier collection areas, ensuring all products are handled with care and packed in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration:
Work within a small, supportive team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Follow Procedures:
Adhere to account-specific processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
System Familiarity:
Gain full knowledge of our stock systems and storage methods.
Documentation:
Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Picking/Packing:
You will be trained in other areas such as picking and packing.
Health & Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all health and safety protocols.
Achieve KPIs:
Help meet individual and departmental performance targets, contributing to the overall business strategy.
What You'll Need:
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
Flexibility and a methodical approach to solving problems.
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential--transferable skills are welcome!
Basic computer skills and the ability to use hand-held scanners (training provided).
