Park Manager, Leicester
Job Description
Wild are recruiting for a Park/General Manager for our client within the leisure and entertainment industry based in Leicester.
You will need to be very adaptable managing all aspects of running a business, whether that be taking complete ownership of the stores P&L, their Health and Safety, to making sure the rotas are up to date and also coaching and empowering your staff.
You will be outgoing, have a positive attitude and have excellent customer service and people skills. It is a great join to join the leadership team for this well known brand, and be the driving leader in the success of this park that is soon to be newly refurbished.
Skills & Experience for Park Manager:
- Retail, hospitality or leisure park experience would be beneficial
- To have at least 4 - 5 years in a management role
- Tech and report savvy
- KPI driven
- Have managed up to a headcount of 50+ staff members
- Good Administrative skills
- To be able to manage a lot of different things at once
- To have a outgoing, positive attitude towards work
- A team player
- Excellent communicator
- To be reliable and committed to your work
- Very organised
- To be about to lead and coach your team
- A true Brand Ambassador
- Can use your initiative to help market the store
40pw with weekend work required
