Part Time Supervisor - Parsons Bakery, Backwell

Wednesday 6am-4pm + Sat 8am-12.30pm

About the Role

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead the team during your shifts, ensure our standards are always met, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. What You'll Do

Lead and support the team during scheduled shifts Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer queries Ensure excellent store standards, product availability, and cleanliness Help with stock management and receiving deliveries Assist with opening or closing duties Support the achievement of sales targets and store performance goals Train, guide, and motivate team members

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and leadership skills A friendly, positive attitude and a hands-on approach Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and busy periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
