We are looking for a Store Manager for our Gloucester Road branch -

5/7 Days A Week including some weekends.

The Role:

We're on the lookout for a Retail Store Manager who embodies our core values:

. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to inspire your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving performance and standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products. Take full accountability for the store's performance including sales, stock, waste, staffing, and compliance. Foster a caring and supportive team environment, ensuring team members feel valued, motivated, and developed. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and visual presentation. Collaborate with area and support teams to continuously improve store performance. Be a visible leader on the shop floor--serving customers, coaching staff, and solving problems as they arise.
