34,000 - 36,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract:

Full-time, 5 out of 7 days including every other weekend

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Store Manager

to join our team and take full ownership of running one of our busy retail bakery stores. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in a proud, long-standing, employee-owned business.

Key Responsibilities

Take full accountability for the day-to-day running, performance, and standards of the store Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the team embodies our Parsons values Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and operational targets Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures Maintain high visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product-quality standards Manage stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste Plan rotas to ensure optimal staffing across the week Drive a positive team culture built on respect, commitment, and support Monitor KPIs and use data to improve store performance

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step Background in retail or hospitality, ideally food-led A proactive leader with excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Someone committed, caring, and considerate--aligned with the Parsons Bakery values A sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days including every other weekend
