What we do
Residential extensions and bespoke new builds
Housing developments
Light commercial
RIBA work stages 0-6
What you'll be doing
Assisting with design development, planning applications and technical drawings
Producing high-quality visuals and presentation materials
Conducting site visits and surveys
Supporting the team across multiple stages of residential projects
Collaborating closely with senior staff and clients
We're looking for
RIBA Part 1 qualification or equivalent experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and photoshop
Strong design and presentation skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
