Pt1 Architectural Assistant

We offer bespoke design services and work with a range of high-profile clients across the UK, primarily within the residential, commercial, leisure, and public sector projects. Responsibilities:

Producing drawings for planning applications, tender submissions and construction Communications directly with clients, other consultants and collaborators Production of effective presentations within studio brand guidelines

Skills required:

Have fluency in AutoCAD Experience with Revit or BIM desirable, with the ambition to improve this skill through training Have strong technical and graphic skills including the ability to communicate design information through different media including SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Be self motivated, presentable, fast working and conscientious with a positive attitude Be organised to work independently and within a team Have an eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy Have excellent English, both written and verbal, and be eligible to work in the UK This is an office based role so must be within commuting distance of our South Manchester based office.
This is a one-year fixed-term position, with the expectation that you will proceed to complete your Part 2 thereafter. However, if that does not prove to be the case, there may be an opportunity to discuss extending the contract closer to the end of the initial 12-month period.

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
