Ingleford Scaffolding has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a scaffolder.
About the Role:
The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:
CISRS Part 1 Card (required)
Scaffolding experience (required)
Full, clean driving license (preferred)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Friendly and professional manner, with good presentational, organisational and people management skills
Have strong attention to detail
Ability to work confidently at heights
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of a scaffolder, including:
Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site
Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding
Erecting scaffolding poles
Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures
Laying boards for workers to walk on
Fixing guard rails and safety netting
Dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete
Creating different kinds of platforms, from simple scaffolding through to complex structures such as suspended scaffolding, cantilever drops and temporary roofs
Working on-site in all weather
