A highly successful mid-sized Architectural practice requires a number of Part 2 Architectural Assistants sector to join their team in Essex.
This award-winning company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects from inception through to completion from small high-end residential developments through to large multi-unit schemes for housing developers.
After securing numerous new and exciting project instructions, their pipeline is loaded and puts the business in a great position to grow. As such, numerous new vacancies have become available at the practice.
Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, masterplans and bespoke high-end houses. The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistants will be able to demonstrate experience operating within the UK residential sector.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements
- RIBA Part 2 qualified
- Demonstrable UK Architectural industry experience within the Residential sector \xe2\x80\x93 highly desirable
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
- Ability to demonstrate high quality graphics skills, including Photoshop, InDesign and Sketchup
- Knowledge of rendering software like Rhino/VRay/Lumion etc a significant benefit
- Good organisation, communication and time-management
