Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffold to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights in a variety of environments. Previous experience in scaffolding and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards is essential

Duties

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations Inspect scaffolding components regularly to ensure stability and safety during use Use a variety of hand tools and power tools for assembly and disassembly tasks Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, roofers, electricians, and masons to facilitate construction activities Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries Assist with site preparation, including material handling and storage of scaffolding components Fabricate custom scaffolding parts as needed using welding or fabrication techniques Maintain organisation of tools and materials on-site for efficiency

Experience

Proven experience in scaffolding. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to scaffold erection and working at heights Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in scaffold building Prior experience in site preparation and working within a team environment is preferred

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
