Overview

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all

areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and restrooms. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and wiping down surfaces. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
