We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as required. Support chefs and cooks in various tasks, including cooking and plating dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food products are handled safely and hygienically. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary. Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to meal preparation and service. Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the head chef.

Skills
