We are seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join our Finance team in Farnborough, Hampshire.


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, while supporting projects and collaborating across the business.

You will be required to work 3 days per week from our Farnborough office and 2 days per week from home.

To be considered, applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of core accounting processes and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. You will also work closely with project and cost centre managers to ensure financial integrity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with project and cost center managers. Maintain and update master data in SAP B1 and Tagetik, ensuring proper financial reconciliation, including balance sheet, intercompany, and timesheet management. Approve bank payments and freelancers' invoices, and accurately report taxable benefits to HMRC, including P11Ds and PSA.

Qualifications

Either part-qualified or qualified by experience Previous experience in a similar financial/accounting role. Proficiency in SAP B1 or similar financial systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
