Part Qualified Management Accountant

Job Description
You will provide accurate and timely financial insight to support operational decision-making, production performance, and strategic planning. Manufacturing experience is essential.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and commentary
- Maintain and develop cost accounting and manufacturing performance reporting
- Analyse production costs, margins, variances, trends and KPIs
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Manage stock reporting, valuation, movements and controls
- Support statutory accounts, VAT returns, payroll and audit
- Present clear financial insights at monthly board meetings
- Improve finance processes, systems and ERP reporting
- Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong manufacturing experience
- Solid background in costing, budgeting, forecasting and inventory control
- Advanced Excel + ERP experience (Syspro/SAP/Sage etc.)
- Confident communicator who challenges, questions and stands by their analysis
- Proactive, resilient and commercially minded
- c.45,000 per annum
