Accounts Assistant
to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting and month end tasks. If you're confident with Sage Line 50 and Excel, enjoy tidy ledgers, and like being the person who keeps everything on track, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
Purchase Ledger
Approve and process purchase invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
Sales Ledger
Process sales invoices accurately and on time
Complete customer account reconciliations
Credit Control
Run credit checks for new account applications
Send customer statements and chase outstanding balances professionally
Other
Support month-end close activities
General accounts administration to keep the function running smoothly
What you'll bring
