:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible working hours and can be tailored to fit around family commitments or personal schedules. The position is based in our offices located between Solihull and Warwick, the specific days and hours are negotiable and can fit in with childcare etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Processing invoices and reconciling statements
Maintaining accurate financial records
Handling bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Assisting with payroll and other administrative duties
Supporting senior finance staff with ad-hoc tasks as required
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting role
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
