As an

Admin Officer

at

Westover Green Community School and Autism Centre

, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". Purpose of the role of Administration Officer - Attendance (see the JD for key responsibilities):



To provide a professional, efficient and proactive attendance support service.

What You'll Bring to Futura:



We are looking for a motivated Admin Officer with excellent attention to detail who will:

Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C/4 or above) and an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience Have good ICT skills Have experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment Has excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community. Align with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.

Contract Type: Fixed term up to 31/08/26



Hours: 14 hours per week over 2 days, term time only, the days aren't fixed and are subject to arrangement with the successful candidate.
