C14 Designs Limited are a small firm of architectural designers, established in 2012, located in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham. We work across all sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial, handling projects that vary in type, scope and complexity.
We are seeking a Part-time Administrator to work 15-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be well organised and adaptable with a can-do attitude. The role is very varied. In addition to general administrative tasks you will be required to liaise with with our clients and council planning departments and to carry out supplier research. There are also elements of marketing within the role so some level of marketing experience would be beneficial, including copywriting and managing our Social Media.
To succeed you will:-
Be organized and able to work on your own initiative with great time management.
Be a proactive self-starter with an adaptable approach and a can-do attitude.
Be confident in working across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
Be able to make updates to the company website and maintain the Social Media accounts.
Be able to problem solve.
Possess a keen eye for detail.
