Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Part-Time Administrator to join our Growing cleaning company. This office-based role will support daily operations, manage cleaners and rotas, handle customer enquiries, and assist with sales and social media activity.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and making phone calls in a professional manner
General administrative duties
Creating, updating, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Managing and arranging weekly rotas for all cleaners
Liaising with cleaners regarding schedules and changes
Handling customer enquiries and preparing quotes
Making outbound sales calls
Managing and updating company social media platforms and responding to clients
Supporting the smooth running of the office
Person Specification
Previous administrative experience is essential
Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Able to provide references from previous employment for up to 1 year
Holiday Entitlement
Statutory holiday entitlement in line with UK law, calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time hours
