Job Description

Evie Willow Bespoke Kitchens & Cabinet Makers is a growing, high-quality bespoke kitchen and cabinet making business in Oxfordshire. We design and manufacture bespoke kitchens and furniture and also run a fast self-storage business alongside our workshop operations. We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly part-time administrator to support our HR, finance and general office functions.

Key Responsibilities



HR & Payroll Administration



Monthly payroll processing Managing holiday requests and staff records General HR administration and filing Supporting with contracts and staff documentation

Finance & Accounts Administration



Running payment runs Raising and sending invoices Managing and processing supplier invoices Using Xero for accounts and bookkeeping tasks Keeping financial records accurate and up to date

Office & Business Administration



Admin support for the self-storage business Answering phone calls and emails professionally Using Outlook for communication Using Excel for records and reporting General office admin and support to management

Health & Safety & Supplies



Managing basic health and safety administration Keeping records up to date (training, documents, checks) Ordering and maintaining stock of PPE and staff uniform Liaising with suppliers for PPE and workwear

Essential Skills & Experience



Experience in an administrative role (office, HR or accounts) Confident user of

Xero accounts

Good working knowledge of

Excel and Outlook

Professional and friendly phone manner Highly organised with good attention to detail Able to work independently and manage workload Trustworthy with confidential information

Candidates must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, additional experience with Xero is beneficial.

Hours - up to 25 hours a week

Part-time - 3 full days days per week - Monday and Wednesday required, third day flexible

Salary: 30,000 per annum pro rata for 25 hours per week.
