Duties
Contribute to all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Assist in Developing and designing innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to guarantee quality and presentation.
Assisting in ordering supplies, and minimising waste to optimise food production.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniqes
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
A passion for cooking with creativity in menu development and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
